Trusted Agent Services for Seniors
Jay Caldwell, Certified Senior Advisor - Beaufort, SC

Meet Jay Caldwell, CSA

Founder, Atlas Senior Advocacy

As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®), I’ve spent my career doing one thing: helping seniors and their families navigate the aging journey with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

I started Atlas Senior Advocacy because I saw a real gap — seniors facing increasingly complex decisions about their health, finances, and future, often without a trusted, knowledgeable advocate in their corner. That’s the role I’ve built this practice to fill.

I work with clients on some of life’s most significant decisions — from retirement and long-term care planning to Medicare and estate options, from healthcare coordination to trusted agent services. Every situation is different, and I approach each one with fresh eyes and genuine care.

What I care most about is making sure you feel heard, informed, and supported every step of the way — whether that means sitting with you at a doctor’s appointment, helping sort through financial paperwork, or simply being the person you call when you don’t know what to do next.

Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) Badge

The CSA Designation

The Premier Certification for Senior Advisors

The CSA® (Certified Senior Advisor) designation is awarded by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors and represents the gold standard in senior-focused professional education. Earning it required completing rigorous coursework spanning the physical, emotional, social, financial, healthcare, and legal aspects of aging — followed by a demanding certification exam.

This training means I don’t look at any one issue in isolation. Health, finances, housing, family dynamics, and daily living are deeply interconnected in a senior’s life, and I’m equipped to address all of it — holistically, and always with your best interests at the center.

Our Fiduciary Commitment

Unlike many advisors, Atlas Senior Advocacy operates as a fiduciary — meaning we are legally and ethically obligated to act in your best interest, not ours. We don’t sell products or earn commissions. Our only incentive is your wellbeing.

That independence is rare, and it matters. It means you can trust the guidance you receive from us — whether it’s a healthcare recommendation, a financial decision, or a referral to another professional.

The People We Serve

Seniors in the Lowcountry who want a trusted, professional advocate by their side as they age

Caregiving spouses who need peace of mind knowing there’s a plan in place if something happens to them

Adult children and families — often living out of state — who want a reliable local presence watching over a loved one

Individuals experiencing cognitive decline who want to maintain independence for as long as possible with professional support

Our Promise

Your Peace Of Mind. Our Trusted Guidance.

We believe every senior deserves an independent ally who puts their interests first. Our fiduciary commitment means your best interests are never negotiable.
